On our behalf Wim Heijting researched the Netherlands market for appropriate acquisition targets, he did the first selections and interviews, introduced me to the potential acquisition candidates. Consequently he negotiated and drafted an Memorandum of Understanding, and further supported and negotiated the drafting of the necessary legal documents.
